Turkish municipalities launch sports facility procurement projects

The Akyurt Municipality in Ankara announced an open tender to build three artificial‑turf fields in the Yıldırım, Kozayağı and Cücük neighborhoods, covering a total of 1,950 m². The contract will be awarded through an electronic bid on the EKAP platform, with a delivery period of 90 calendar days after handover.

The Trabzon Provincial Youth and Sports Directorate issued a separate open tender for the purchase of seven items of equipment for the Mehmet Akif Ersoy indoor swimming pool in Ortahisar. Bids are also to be submitted electronically via EKAP, and the supplier must deliver the materials within 45 calendar days of contract signing.
