Turkish municipalities plan land auctions in Dikili and Uşak

The Dikili Municipality announced that nine parcels of land will be sold by open‑tender on 21 August 2026. The total declared value of the properties is 43.62 million Turkish lira. The auction will follow the procedures of Law No 2886, with a temporary guarantee deposited to the municipal bank and a 5,000 TL catalogue fee.

The Uşak Municipality scheduled an open‑auction for four parcels in the Kuyucak neighbourhood on 12 August 2026, with a combined estimated value of 18.45 million Turkish lira. Bids must be submitted with a 5,000 TL fee and a required temporary guarantee; payments are to be made partially in advance and the remainder within three months, after which title transfer will occur. Both municipalities cited the Official Gazette as the source of the announcements.
