Turkish municipalities report success in student exam preparation programs

Municipalities in Turkey are reporting success with local educational support programs designed to provide equal opportunities for students preparing for national exams.

In Osmangazi, the Dijiders digital tutoring project has supported 6,600 students preparing for LGS and YKS exams. Successful students, including those admitted to medical faculties at Dokuz Eylül and Cerrahpaşa Universities, recently met with Mayor Erkan Aydın to discuss the benefits of the digital curriculum and guidance services provided by the program.

Similarly, in Karşıyaka, students from the İsmail Hakkı Tonguç Education Center (KARGEM) visited Mayor Yıldız Ünsal following their placement in prestigious medical and engineering faculties. The municipality continues to support these initiatives to ensure educational equality, with the new academic term for KARGEM scheduled to begin on September 15.
