Turkish Municipalities Schedule Property Lease and Sale Auctions in Sapanca and Çekerek

Sapanca Municipality announced a closed‑bid lease auction for a 9,385.48 m² parcel in Kırkpınar Tepebaşı (Sapanca, Sakarya). The land will be used for a water production and/or storage facility. The one‑year lease price is set at 8,820,000 TL plus VAT, with a temporary guarantee of 3% (264,600 TL). The auction is slated for 22 June 2026 at 11:00 in the Sapanca municipal council hall.

The Çekerek District (Yozgat Province) published an open‑tender sale of several Treasury‑owned parcels in Karahacılı village. The listed parcels range from about 1,150 m² to over 50,000 m² and include agricultural fields and raw land, all without zoning. Estimated prices vary from 190,000 TL to 5,401,000 TL, with temporary guarantees of 48,000 TL to 1,620,300 TL. The sale is scheduled for 30 June 2022, with bids to be submitted to the district’s Milli Emlak Şefliği office.
