Turkish Official Gazette releases new regulations and decrees on July 25‑26, 2026

On 25 July 2026 the Turkish Official Gazette (Resmi Gazete) published a range of legal texts, including amendments to the Turkish Optician‑Glasses Association regulation, changes to the engineering and architecture chambers' main regulation, an import quota and tariff decree, the revocation of a payment‑services licence, privatization board decisions, and a ruling on the establishment of administrative courts. The issue also listed the daily foreign‑exchange rates and state‑debt securities values set by the Central Bank.

The following day, 26 July 2026, a new Gazette edition listed further updates such as revised statutes for university continuing‑education centres at Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University, Antalya Bilim University and Kastamonu University, additional court announcements, and the Central Bank’s daily debt‑security valuations.
