Turkish participation finance sees 148 million TL in repayments

In the Turkish participation finance market, a total of 148.15 million TL in principal and periodic returns were paid out on the final trading day of the week.

Reis Makina Ticaret ve Sanayi A. Ş. completed a major cash transfer of 109.85 million TL following the maturity of a 364-day lease certificate issued through Emlak Varlık Kiralama. This included a 100 million TL principal repayment and a 9.847 million TL profit share.

Additionally, two leasing companies completed coupon distributions for certificates indexed to the Turkish Lira Overnight Participation Reference Rate (TLREFK). Garanti Finansal Kiralama A. Ş. paid 17.82 million TL to investors, while Anadolu Finansal Kiralama A. Ş. distributed 20.48 million TL in periodic returns.
