Turkish prison and municipal authorities announce procurement contracts for chairs and ready‑mix concrete

The Eskişehir 1st Open Penitentiary Institution's management office issued an open tender (record 2026/1447‑2501) to purchase five chair‑upholstery kits for its workshop. Under the 4734 Public Procurement Law, the contract will be signed and delivery completed within 45 calendar days of signing.

Separately, the İzmir Metropolitan Municipality’s Fen İşleri Department published an open tender (record 2026/1310‑9781) for 300 m³ of ready‑mix concrete. The contract, also governed by the 4734 law, requires the supplier to deliver the concrete on a rolling basis between 15 September and 25 December 2026 at sites specified by the municipality.
