Turkish provinces of Trabzon and Nevşehir publish local death notices

Local authorities in Turkey’s Black Sea province of Trabzon and Central Anatolia province of Nevşehir released official notices listing residents who died between July 8 and July 10, 2026. The Trabzon announcement details ten individuals from districts such as Arsin, Tonya, Ortahisar, Çaykara, Yomra, Araklı, Sürmene and Akçaabat, providing each person’s name, district, date of death, funeral prayer time (noon, afternoon or evening) and the mosque where the prayer will be held.

The Nevşehir notice lists several deceased citizens from towns and villages including Çarşamba, Acıgöl, Kaymaklı, Merkez, Ürgüp, Özkonak and Kozaklı, also specifying funeral dates, times and burial locations. Both releases note that families have been offered condolences and that community members are asked to observe the scheduled prayer times.

These notices serve to inform the public about upcoming funeral services and to formally acknowledge the loss of local residents.
