TOKİ announces 25 percent discount for property debt repayments

The Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKİ) is conducting a 25 percent discount campaign for approximately 228,000 housing and workplace owners who are currently in the repayment process. The campaign, which began on September 22, allows individuals to receive a 25 percent discount if they pay off their entire remaining debt in a single lump sum.

For those unable to settle the full amount, a partial payment option is available. Owners who make a lump-sum payment of at least 25 percent of their remaining debt can receive a 25 percent discount on the specific amount they pay.

To qualify, several conditions must be met: repayment installments must have started no later than the end of June 2025, the current month's installment must be paid, and there must be no outstanding debt regarding previous installments or real estate taxes. Additionally, the campaign is not available to those who have 12 months or fewer of installments remaining. The deadline for applications through the relevant banks is October 19, 2026.
