The Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM) begins its new legislative session with a heavy agenda. The Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TÜRSAB) has expressed concerns that this could threaten the future of domestic travel agencies.

In economic matters, Central Bank Governor Fatih Karahan is scheduled to present to the Plan and Budget Commission regarding inflation, monetary policy, and global economic developments. Separately, the Central Bank's interest rate decision is expected on October 22, 2026.
