Turkish renewable-energy firms Masfen and Metgün launch large IPOs
Masfen Enerji, a renewable‑energy developer listed on Borsa İstanbul, began its public offering on 22 July 2026. Demand for the shares reached about three times the size of the offering, with the strongest interest from domestic institutional investors (5.2‑times the allocation). The company’s capital grew from 544.4 million TL to 635 million TL, with 90.579 million shares issued in a capital increase and 45 million sold by existing shareholders.
