Turkish TV Series 'Daha 17' Breaks YouTube Viewership Records, 'Doğanın Kanunu' Showcases İzmir Locations

The Kanal D drama *Daha 17* attracted more than 10 million YouTube views within three days of its online premiere, with the second episode quickly surpassing the same milestone. Around 63 % of its audience is aged 18‑34, and over half of the streams (54 %) came from mobile devices, highlighting the shift toward digital consumption for Turkish TV content.

Meanwhile, the new series *Doğanın Kanunu* has drawn attention to its filming venues. Production takes place in Istanbul and the coastal district of Urla near İzmir, with the latter providing the show's most scenic backdrops. The series stars Alperen Duymaz and Özge Yağız and airs weekly on Star TV.

Both developments underscore the growing influence of online platforms and location‑driven promotion in Turkey's television industry.
