Turkish State Railways opens hiring for 70 former prisoners and disabled workers

Transport and Infrastructure Minister Abdulkadir Uraloğlu announced that applications are open for new positions at TCDD Taşımacılık A.Ş. under the KPSS 2026/1 central placement. A total of 158 contract staff will be employed, including 70 targeted slots for former prisoners and disabled workers.

The recruitment runs from 10 July to 14 July 2026 and is conducted exclusively through the İŞKUR online portal. Candidates must be male, aged 18‑40, and pass an oral exam scored out of 100, with half the points for skills and half for professional qualifications. Required documents differ for disabled applicants (medical report, disability percentage, etc.) and ex‑prisoner applicants (court decision, KPSS result, and related certificates).

Successful candidates must submit the completed job request and application forms to the TCDD Human Resources department in person or by mail. The hiring aims to expand the railway company's workforce while promoting employment opportunities for socially disadvantaged groups.
