Turkish Market: BIST Buyback Index Adds 13 Stocks, SASA Capital Increase, Tekfen Dividend Pause

Borsa Istanbul announced that the BIST Buyback Index will include 13 additional shares for the period 07‑08‑2026 to 04‑09‑2026. The added securities are AKSGY, ARSAN, ATAKP, BORSK, BOSSA, EKIM, GEREL, METRO, PRKME, SUWEN, TEZOL, TRALT and ULUFA, signalling increased transparency and a potential signal of confidence from the issuers.

SASA Polyester completed a conditional capital increase of 5.46 billion TL, raising its authorized capital to 52.5 billion TL. Tekfen Holding reported a net loss for 2025 and announced that no dividend will be paid for the year, pending shareholder approval. Meanwhile, TR Anadolu Metal Madencilik’s share price fluctuated between 125.00 TL and 128.50 TL on 4 August, with a daily volume of 0.64 billion TL.
