Turkish trade chambers announce 2026 election schedules

Various Turkish chambers of commerce and industry have announced their election calendars for 2026.

The Edirne Commodity Exchange has scheduled its assembly elections for October 12, 2026. The process includes the selection of 14 principal and 14 substitute members. The schedule outlines specific periods for the approval of voter lists, objection windows for the District and Provincial Election Boards, and the announcement of provisional results.

In Bursa, the Inegol Chamber of Commerce and Industry will hold its professional committee and assembly member elections on October 3, 2026. A total of 4,048 voters across 18 professional groups are eligible to participate. Following the completion of the objection and finalization periods, a second stage of elections will take place on October 9, 2026, to elect the Board of Directors President, Board members, and disciplinary committee members.
