Turkish universities announce large-scale personnel recruitment

Several Turkish universities are conducting recruitment processes for contracted personnel. Kütahya Health Sciences University (KSBÜ) is hiring 11 staff members for various units. Candidates will be ranked based on their 2024 KPSS (B) Group scores, with no written or oral exams required. Applications for KSBÜ are open from August 17 to August 31, 2026, via the Kariyer Kapısı platform.

Additionally, four other universities—Mersin, Dokuz Eylül, Bursa Uludağ, and Munzur—are nearing the end of their application periods for a total of 443 positions. These roles span various disciplines, including nurses, technicians, cooks, and drivers.

Munzur University is recruiting 8 staff members, including drivers and technicians. Bursa Uludağ University is seeking 109 personnel, with significant openings for nurses and patient caregivers. Dokuz Eylül and Mersin Universities are also involved in large-scale hiring efforts. Like KSBÜ, these placements rely on KPSS score rankings rather than traditional examinations.
