Turkish universities announce new contracted staff recruitments

Two Turkish universities have announced recruitment drives for contracted personnel under the 4/B category of the Civil Servants Law.

Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University is seeking 10 contracted staff members. Applications are scheduled to run from September 7 to September 21, 2026, via the e-Devlet Kariyer Kapısı platform. Selection will be based on 2024 KPSS (B) group scores, though certain roles, such as restorers, may require a practical examination.

Karadeniz Technical University (KTÜ) is recruiting 93 personnel for its central units and Farabi Hospital. Positions include technicians, nurses, health technicians, and support staff. Unlike Mimar Sinan, KTÜ will not conduct written or oral exams; instead, candidates will be ranked solely by their 2024 KPSS (B) scores. Applications for KTÜ must be completed by 1:00 PM on September 18, 2026, with results expected within 15 days of the deadline.
