Turkish universities launch staff hiring drives via KPSS

Harran University announced the recruitment of 406 contract staff, with applications opening on 31 July 2026 and closing on 14 August 2026. Positions span health services (266 posts, including nurses, health technicians, pharmacists, biologists and a physiotherapist), technical and administrative roles (11 posts) and support and security functions (129 posts). Applicants must submit their documents electronically through the e‑Devlet Career Portal or the Public Employment System and will be evaluated based on their 2024 KPSS scores (P3 for graduates, P93 for associate degrees, P94 for high‑school graduates).

Gaziantep University also opened a hiring round for 115 contract staff, accepting applications from 29 July to 12 August. The recruitment covers nursing (90 positions), cleaning staff (12), health technicians (6), office personnel (4), physiotherapists (2) and one lawyer. Like Harran, candidates are selected solely on their 2024 KPSS ranking without written or oral exams, and must complete online registration and submit required paperwork in person by 14 August. Results will be posted on the university’s website within 15 working days.
