Turkish universities open exam-free second university applications

Higher education institutions in Turkey have opened applications for their ‘Second University’ programs, allowing students and graduates to enroll in new degree programs without taking an entrance exam.

Anadolu University is introducing new associate degree programs, including AI-Assisted Coding and Data Visualization and Information Design. Their offerings span various disciplines such as Emergency and Disaster Management, Banking, Logistics, and Social Media Management at the associate level, as well as International Relations, Economics, and Management Information Systems at the undergraduate level.

Similarly, Istanbul University’s AUZEF has opened its registration process, which is scheduled to run until October 12, 2026. The application process is entirely digital, allowing candidates to register online without submitting physical documents. Eligibility is extended to current higher education students and graduates, provided the chosen program is different from their current or previous field of study.
