Turner selected for U.S. Air Force $900 million FARM III program

Turner, a subsidiary of the Spanish group ACS, has been selected by the U.S. Air Force as one of eight contractors for the Facilities Acquisitions for Restoration and Modernization (FARM) III program. The program is designed to support ground-based military test facilities.

The contract is structured as an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) agreement with a collective ceiling of $900 million. The scope of work includes mechanical and electrical tasks, instrumentation, data and control systems, design and construction services, and general construction projects. Individual tasks will be awarded through separate work orders throughout the contract period, which extends until September 4, 2034.

Turner’s selection is based on its long-standing relationship with the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC). The company previously participated in the FARM I and FARM II programs, contributing to the restoration and reconfiguration of critical infrastructure at the complex. This history provides the team with direct operational knowledge of the specialized facilities and their mission requirements.
