Turnov City offers industrial property for lease

The city of Turnov has announced an intention to lease a real estate property located at Koňský trh, specifically plot number 235, which includes building number 197. The site, formerly the Preciosy premises, is designated for industrial activities, manufacturing, or similar commercial operations.

Interested parties can inspect the premises on Friday, October 30, at 10:00 AM. Proposals, including suggested pricing, must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked ‘Pronájem pozemku p. č. 235, k. ú. Turnov’ no later than November 9, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The minimum rental price is set at 200 CZK per square meter per year, excluding VAT.
