Tuscany assumes leadership role in EARLALL European learning network

The Tuscany Region has assumed a leadership role within EARLALL (European Association of Regional and Local Authorities for Lifelong Learning) following the appointment of Regional Councilor for Labor Alberto Lenzi as Vice President of the network. This position integrates the region into the political governance of the organization, facilitating a direct link between regional agendas and European cooperation.

During a meeting between Lenzi and EARLALL President Madeleine Jonsson, discussions focused on skills, professional training, labor transitions, and territorial cooperation. The network includes members from various European regions, including Sweden, Spain, Germany, Croatia, France, and Norway.

Tuscany has demonstrated significant investment in these sectors, allocating over 40 million euros toward skill improvement through more than 9,000 courses involving 90,000 beneficiaries. Additionally, over 19 million euros have been dedicated to professional retraining, supporting 5,000 beneficiaries through 800 specific courses.
