Tuscany signs new regional collective agreement for artisan construction sector

A new regional collective labor agreement (CCRL) has been signed for the artisan construction and small-to-medium enterprise sector in Tuscany. The agreement affects more than 20,000 workers across approximately 13,000 companies in the region.

Key provisions include wage increases, such as a monthly increase of 68 euros for the variable element of remuneration at the third level. Additionally, certain allowances—including meal, transport, and availability (reperibilità) stipends—will see increases of over 35%. These regional adjustments supplement the 231 euro increase for qualified workers established by the 2025 National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for artisans. The new contract also introduces a specific indemnity for roadwork and asphalt processes.

The agreement focuses on enhancing professional training, improving workplace health and safety, and addressing new risks posed by climate change. It also aims to promote professional qualification in public tenders, strengthen sector welfare, and combat unfair competition and contract dumping.
