Tuscany to host wine and culture events in late 2026

Tuscany is set to host several cultural and gastronomic initiatives centered on wine and local heritage in late 2026.

The “A Tavola con il Produttore” series, created by Milko Chilleri and Francesco Carzoli, will return for its third edition starting October 8, 2026. Hosted at Osteria Pratellino in Florence, the program consists of eight monthly masterclass-style dinners running through May 2027. Each event focuses on a specific Tuscan territory, such as Elba, San Gimignano, or Mugello, featuring rare wines presented by producers and menus designed by chef Matteo Caccavo using local ingredients.

Additionally, the Movimento Turismo del Vino Toscana, in collaboration with Itinera and Area Museale Toscana, will launch the second edition of “Aperitivo al Museo.” Running from October 10 to November 28, 2026, this initiative integrates wine tasting with art and history across eight different museums in the region. The program offers guided museum tours followed by tastings of local wines paired with regional products, aiming to strengthen the connection between Tuscany’s cultural heritage and its enological excellence.
