Tuscia food products to be promoted at Trentino conference

The University of Tuscia and the Alpine Study Center will host a conference in Pieve Tesino, Trentino, titled ‘The Mediterranean Diet and Italian Cuisine UNESCO Heritage: a lifestyle between tradition and science’. The event aims to explore the nutritional, scientific, and cultural impacts of the Mediterranean Diet.

Organized in collaboration with the Rieti Viterbo Chamber of Commerce, the Valsugana and Tesino Community, and several local institutions, the conference will conclude with a tasting of products bearing the ‘Tuscia Viterbese’ collective brand. This initiative seeks to promote local enogastronomic excellence and the Mediterranean lifestyle beyond regional borders.
