TUTA Group launches Royal Mansion and Ion City projects in Bac Ninh

TUTA Group has launched a strategic development initiative in Bac Ninh province, focusing on two major projects: Royal Mansion and Ion City. During a kick-off event held on September 25, 2026, the group mobilized over 1,000 sales staff from 24 distribution agencies and 20 strategic partners to implement a synchronized ecosystem for these developments.

Royal Mansion, located at 299 Hung Vuong, Tan Tien Ward, Bac Ninh City, is designed as a high-end mixed-use and entertainment complex. The project features international collaboration, including architectural design by AEDAS (UK), landscape design by EWD, construction by Delta Group, and independent management and supervision by Artelia (France). Additionally, the complex will include a five-star Marriott International hotel.

Ion City is planned as a new urban area in Noi Hoang, Bac Ninh City. TUTA Group intends to manage both projects under a long-term development strategy rather than treating them as independent entities, aiming to create a comprehensive system spanning development, operation, and commercialization.
