Tutin to host new retail and residential complex featuring Lidl

A major residential and commercial complex is planned for Tutin, Serbia, on the site of the former Jelak factory. The project, titled ‘STIL SHOP Retail Center’, will include a Lidl supermarket and a residential component known as ‘STIL Residence’.

The residential portion is expected to feature 60 apartments ranging from 55 square meters to penthouses exceeding 150 square meters. The complex is designed to include 240 parking spaces, electric vehicle chargers, and approximately 4,000 square meters of green space. The development is planned as a ‘smart building’ with remote control capabilities for lighting, heating, and access.

According to municipal documentation, the project is being developed by the Tutin-based company ‘STIL SHOP’ and includes the construction of a new roundabout. The completion of the project is currently projected for 2028.
