Tuttlingen develops Drei Kronen Hof urban residential quarter

A new urban residential and commercial development, known as Drei Kronen Hof, has been established in the center of Tuttlingen on the site of a former cinema. The project features a structured block perimeter development consisting of three distinct buildings: a six-story structure at the southwest corner, a five-story building at the southeast, and a three-story building at the northwest that preserves views of the Honberg castle ruins.

The ensemble surrounds an inner courtyard and includes 70 residential units, primarily one- and two-room apartments with balconies or loggias. The ground floor provides 3,000 square meters of space for retail, restaurants, and services. Additionally, the upper floors of the northern building contain flexible office and practice spaces ranging from 70 to 210 square meters. The site is supported by a two-level underground garage offering 127 parking spaces.
