Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter faces new criminal complaints regarding hospital misconduct

Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter, who was previously sentenced to aggravated life imprisonment in connection with the death of singer Güllü, is facing new allegations regarding her professional conduct as a nurse at a private hospital in Yalova.

Kervan Eminoğlu, Gülter’s former fiancé, has filed a criminal complaint with prosecutors, submitting video footage to support claims of various irregularities. The allegations include the unauthorized administration of injections to patients during nighttime hours to induce sleep if they were making noise.

Further claims suggest that cleaning staff were trained to perform CPR on patients and that staff mocked individuals in the intensive care unit. Additionally, there are allegations that the official recorded death times for certain patients in the intensive care unit may not match their actual times of death. Judicial authorities are expected to evaluate the evidence and the claims.
