Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter Yalova patient mistreatment intensive care unit medical malpractice investigation

Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter, the daughter of the late singer Gül Tut (known as Güllü), is facing a judicial and administrative investigation regarding her conduct while working at a private hospital in Yalova. Gülter, who is currently detained in connection with her mother's death, is accused of mistreating patients during her previous employment in the healthcare sector.

A criminal complaint filed by her former fiancé, Kervan Eminoğlu, alleges that Gülter administered injections to patients at night to force them to sleep for her own convenience. The complaint also claims she taught cleaning staff to perform cardiac massage on patients and engaged in inappropriate behavior within the intensive care unit. Additionally, there are allegations that the recorded times of death for certain patients were falsified.

As part of the investigation, footage has been added to the case file showing Gülter dancing (halay) with another staff member inside an intensive care unit. The Yalova Provincial Directorate of Health has confirmed that both legal and administrative investigations are underway regarding these allegations.
