Local authorities in Tuyen Quang province are reforming their operational methods to prioritize direct engagement with citizens. In mountainous areas such as Minh Ngoc commune, where difficult terrain and long distances create barriers between the government and the public, officials are moving beyond relying on written reports to actively visiting villages and hamlets.

Truong Trung Son, Chairman of the Minh Ngoc Commune People's Committee, emphasized the importance of two-way interaction. Rather than simply disseminating policies, officials aim to understand the specific concerns and difficulties faced by residents to provide practical solutions. This approach seeks to build consensus and ensure that government policies are effectively implemented by addressing the actual needs of the community.
