Tuyen Quang police prosecute man for organizing illegal labor transit to Cambodia

The Tuyen Quang Provincial Police Security Investigation Agency has issued a decision to prosecute Ban Van Dien, born in 2005, for the crime of “organizing others to flee abroad.”

According to investigation documents, between November 2024 and January 2025, Dien organized the illegal transit of three Vietnamese citizens to Cambodia for labor purposes. The case is currently under further investigation by local authorities.

Police have issued warnings regarding unofficial recruitment channels that promise “easy work and high pay” to lure citizens into illegal migration. Such activities often lead to risks of fraud, forced labor, exploitation, and restricted freedom of movement.
