Tuzla announces employment support and craft awards

The City of Tuzla has launched a public call to provide financial support to independent businesses and companies registered in the city for the employment of vulnerable groups in 2026. Eligible applicants include those who employ or plan to employ unemployed individuals from Tuzla who fall into specific categories, such as persons with disabilities (60% or more), former residents of institutional care, victims of violence, youth aged 18-35, individuals over 55, or members of minority groups.

The application deadline for this employment support is November 2, 2026.

Separately, the Crafts Chamber of Tuzla Canton has opened applications for the ‘Plamen stvaranja 2026’ awards. Craftsmen in the region are invited to apply for recognition in six categories, including Family Treasure, Visionary Craftsman, Young Craftsman of the Year, Golden Hand, Woman in Craft, and Crafting Growth Star. Applications for these awards must be submitted by October 31.
