Tuzla opens modern bowling facility at Mejdan center

A new modern bowling alley has opened at the Mejdan Sport, Culture, and Business Center in Tuzla. The project, described by contractors as one of the most modern in Europe, was completed with a total investment exceeding 400,000 KM. Funding was provided by the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which allocated approximately 300,000 KM, and the City of Tuzla, which contributed over 100,000 KM.

The facility is intended for sports clubs, recreational users, and the general public. The opening is particularly significant for the Kuglaški klub Sloboda Tuzla, which will be able to host training sessions and matches in its home city again after more than 15 years of operating outside of Tuzla. Mayor Zijad Lugavić noted that the facility is designed to host international competitions and support the development of young athletes.
