Tuzla student earns pocket money by cutting hair in local park

Vahid, a third-year student at the Mixed Secondary School in Tuzla, has gained public attention for using his free time to practice his hairdressing skills in a local park. While training to become a professional hairdresser, Vahid sets up in the Ušće neighborhood to cut the hair of his peers and others, allowing him to earn pocket money while gaining practical experience.

The story was brought to light by journalist Almasa Hadžić, who observed Vahid working in the Slavinovići area. Vahid expressed that he finds this productive use of time far more meaningful than idle social media use and stated that he is eager to pursue hairdressing as a professional career after completing his studies.

His talent has already been recognized within his school; Vahid previously participated in a hairdressing competition under the guidance of a former instructor named Ljubica. Upon hearing of his progress, Ljubica praised his significant talent.
