Turkish television series return for new seasons

Several Turkish television series are entering new phases or returning for new seasons.

Star TV’s Sevdiğim Sensin, starring Aytaç Şaşmaz and Helin Kandemir, has returned for its 16th episode following a three-month hiatus. The new season introduces significant plot developments, including the arrest of the character Erkan and a medical crisis for Ferman, who requires an urgent kidney transplant.

Tuzlu Kahve, a nostalgic family comedy produced by Polat Yağcı, is airing its second episode on Star TV. The series follows the relationship between Derin and Mehmet, which is complicated by long-standing family rivalries between the Kutaygil and Aydınoğlu families.

Additionally, the TRT 1 series Taşacak Bu Deniz is awaiting an official announcement regarding its second season. While a specific date has not been confirmed, the new season is expected to premiere in September or October.
