TV 2 announces return of Christmas series Rampenissen

TV 2 has announced the return of the Christmas advent calendar series ‘Rampenissen’ for December. Following a successful first season that drew over one million viewers at its peak, the sequel will feature 25 celebrities competing in a humorous game hosted by a mischievous character.

One participant will be eliminated each day, with a winner crowned on Christmas Eve. Aurora Gude is returning to the show after being eliminated in the first episode of the previous season. The production is overseen by a control room trio consisting of Harald Eia, Else Kåss Furuseth, and Oskar Westerlin, who act as the true identities behind the ‘Rampenissen’ character.

Program editor Trygve Rønningen expressed confidence in the upcoming season, noting the unpredictable nature of the competition.
