TV Aparecida hosts musical program featuring Elymar Santos

The TV Aparecida program ‘Aparecida Sertaneja’, hosted by Mariangela Zan, will feature a live musical lineup this Monday at 8:45 p.m. The broadcast includes various styles of sertanejo and romantic music.

Elymar Santos will perform hits from his four-decade career in Brazilian romantic music. The Rio de Janeiro-born artist gained national prominence in 1985 after hosting a landmark show at the Canecão.

Following Santos, the duo Guto & Nando from Poços de Caldas will perform. Known for blending sertanejo, country, and romantic elements, the brothers have released six CDs and a DVD since beginning their career in 2000.

The program concludes with Brutus do Sertanejo, consisting of Vinícius and Danilo from São Joaquim da Barra. Their repertoire spans traditional sertanejo caipira to contemporary sertanejo universitário.
