TV Globo confirms 2027 programming updates and Fantástico restructuring

TV Globo has confirmed several programming decisions for its 2027 schedule. The network has approved the continuation of ‘Em Família com Eliana’ for Sunday afternoons, following positive evaluations of its audience ratings and commercial revenue. The program has maintained competitiveness in its time slot, frequently leading in the Greater São Paulo region despite competition from SBT’s ‘Domingo Legal’.

Additionally, the network plans a total restructuring of its Sunday night flagship program, ‘Fantástico’. These changes are expected to be implemented gradually rather than through a sudden format shift.

Other programs in the lineup, including ‘Altas Horas’, ‘Mais Você’, ‘Encontro’, and ‘É de Casa’, are set to remain on the schedule. ‘Mais Você’, hosted by Ana Maria Braga, is expected to introduce new segments, while ‘Encontro’ continues to see success with its regional projects.
