TV Globo prepares launch of new telenovela ‘Por Você’

TV Globo is preparing to launch the new 7 p.m. telenovela ‘Por Você’, scheduled to premiere on August 17. The plot follows Bela, a successful obstetrician whose life changes drastically after the death of her best friend, Juli, in an accident.

As a result of this tragedy, Bela assumes the responsibility of raising Juli’s four children. The cast includes Sheron Menezzes, who portrays the lead character, and Lavínia Monteiro, who plays the younger version of Bela. The ensemble cast also features Cauê Campos, Laura Luz, Fabrício Assis, and Kadu Spinola.

Sheron Menezzes noted the positive energy among the cast during the production in Rio de Janeiro, highlighting a reunion with actor Cauê Campos, with whom she previously worked over a decade ago. The story explores themes of motherhood, friendship, and the challenges of sudden responsibility.
