TV Globo to air Liam Neeson thriller “Assassino Sem Rastro”

TV Globo is broadcasting the 2022 action thriller “Assassino Sem Rastro” (Memory) as part of its “Tela Quente” programming on Monday, August 24, 2026. Directed by Martin Campbell, the film stars Liam Neeson as Alex Lewis, a professional assassin attempting to retire.

The plot follows Lewis after he refuses a final contract involving a young girl, an act that violates his professional code and places him in the crosshairs of both criminal organizations and the FBI. As he seeks vengeance against a child trafficking network, he must contend with the onset of Alzheimer’s disease, which causes severe memory loss and forces him to rely on physical notes to navigate his investigation.

The film also features Guy Pearce as FBI agent Vincent Serra and is a remake of the 2003 Belgian suspense film “De Zaak Alzheimer”.
