TV Globo to expand ‘Caldeirão com Mion’ with live broadcasts in 2027

TV Globo has announced significant changes to the programming of ‘Caldeirão com Mion’. For the 2027 season, the program will feature two consecutive months of live broadcasts starting in June. This expansion follows the commercial and audience success of the ‘Churrascão com Mion’ special during the World Cup.

The live period will coincide with the 2027 Women’s World Cup, transitioning into a themed segment called ‘Arraial do Mion’ in July to celebrate the June festivities. This move aims to meet audience demand for more live content and strengthen the show’s appeal to advertisers.

In recent programming, the show has featured segments such as ‘Primeiras Cenas’, where actors like Isabelle Drummond, Thiago Lacerda, and Paulo Vilhena discuss career milestones, and musical performances from various artists.
