TV JOJ returns with second season of ‘Vezmeš si ma?’

The romantic reality show ‘Vezmeš si ma?’ is returning to TV JOJ for its second season, premiering on Saturday, September 26. The program follows a format where women take the initiative to organize surprise weddings for their partners, reversing traditional engagement roles.

Host Jasmina Alagič returns for the new season. She revealed that she was initially hesitant to accept the role because she personally disagreed with the concept of women proposing to men. However, after participating in the first season, her perspective changed. Alagič noted that filming the second season presented new logistical challenges, as the production crew had to operate more discreetly to avoid spoiling the surprises for the participants, particularly in smaller communities.

The first season was a commercial success for the network, with one episode attracting 450,000 viewers. The upcoming season will feature new couples, including Nikola and Tomáš, a pair who met through social media and are already parents.
