TV4 announces 10% cash dividend amid executive turnover

TV4 Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company (TV4) has announced a 10% cash dividend payout, equivalent to 1,000 VND per share. The company expects to distribute approximately 19.8 billion VND to shareholders, with a scheduled payment date of October 22, 2026.

This dividend distribution follows a period of significant leadership instability. In June 2026, several high-ranking executives, including former Chairman Le Cao Quyen, General Director Tran Cao Hy, Deputy General Director Nguyen Nhu Dong, and Chief Accountant Tran Le Thanh Binh, were detained by the Ministry of Public Security's investigation agency. The legal proceedings against the former Chairman are reportedly related to a case involving the National Power Transmission Corporation.
