TVA and TV5 announce new programming lineups

Major French-language broadcasters in Canada have unveiled their upcoming programming schedules.

TVA announced its 2026-2027 lineup in Montreal, featuring a mix of series, reality TV, and news across its main channel and the illico+ platform. Returning series include the fifth season of 'Indéfendable', the final third season of 'Les Armes', and the sixth season of 'Alertes'. New autumn premieres include 'L’Appel', a drama set in the 1990s involving criminalized bikers, and 'Ravages', which focuses on a mining scandal.

TV5 has also released its autumn schedule, highlighting diverse and social topics. Notable programs include 'Ça brasse en ville', featuring former Montreal Mayor Valérie Plante exploring global metropolises, and 'Cuisiner le Nord', which explores Yukon culinary traditions with Simon D’Amours. Other featured content includes 'Sexugénaires', examining the intimate lives of seniors, and 'Fracture américaine', which investigates social divisions in the United States.
