TVC and Globecast announce ‘The Matrix’ production centre in Singapore

Television Content Analytics (TVC) and Globecast have announced the development of ‘The Matrix’, a next-generation remote production centre located in Singapore. The facility is being created through a strategic collaboration to support live broadcast and sports production.

The Matrix integrates TVC’s proprietary AI-powered automated production technologies with IP-based media infrastructure and cloud-enabled workflows. Designed to be highly scalable, the platform aims to support a wide range of requirements, from automated PTZ setups to Tier-1, multi-camera international sports events. The technology stack is also capable of generating real-time data and visual intelligence from live video to enhance storytelling.

Founded by former NEP executive Saeed Izadi, TVC intends to use the facility to provide greater agility and higher production values at lower operational costs. Technical commissioning and validation trials are scheduled to take place prior to the commencement of targeted commercial operations in October 2026. Globecast will provide the infrastructure environment for the centre.
