TVE reporter intimidated during Ceuta support protest

During a demonstration in support of Ceuta held at Cibeles, a reporter from the TVE program ‘Malas Lenguas’ was reportedly intimidated by protesters. The incident occurred while the journalist was attempting to report live on the event.

Witnesses and footage showed protesters surrounding the reporter, covering his face with Spanish flags and chanting against Pedro Sánchez. One individual confronted the journalist in an intimidating manner, prompting presenter Gonzalo Miró to question the absence of police intervention on air. The reporter eventually withdrew from the area, stating that the crowd was preventing them from performing their professional duties, an exit that was met with applause from the demonstrators.
