TVI celebrates 26 years of Big Brother in Portugal

Portuguese television network TVI is marking the 26th anniversary of the debut of the reality show ‘Big Brother’. Presenter Teresa Guilherme commemorated the milestone by sharing a photograph with Zé Maria, the winner of the inaugural season in 2000.

As part of the network's current programming, the second edition of ‘Big Brother Verão’ is concluding, and ‘Big Brother All Stars’ is scheduled to premiere on September 6. The new format will be hosted by Maria Botelho Moniz and features a selection of notable former contestants. Additionally, actress Joana Solnado recently appeared on the program ‘Dois às 10’ to discuss her return to TVI and her role in the production ‘Coração de Mãe’.
