TVI is preparing for the launch of ‘Big Brother All Stars’ on September 6, hosted by Cristina Ferreira. The upcoming season is part of the network's strategy to compete with SIC and RTP1.

Speculation regarding the cast includes Afonso Leitão, a former participant of ‘Big Brother Verão’. Leitão has remained discreet when asked about potentially joining the new season and sharing the house with his former partner, Catarina Miranda. Their previous relationship ended in May following public disagreements and legal proceedings regarding allegations of domestic violence.

Cristina Ferreira, the Director of Entertainment and Fiction at TVI, recently took time in August to recharge in Mallorca and Vila Nova de Milfontes before returning to her broadcasting duties.
