TVING implements Zero Trust security framework and AI threat detection

TVING has restructured its security framework based on the ‘Zero Trust’ principle, which operates on the basis of not automatically trusting any user or device and instead requiring continuous verification of identity, devices, and permissions.

The new system is built upon four core principles: thorough access verification, least privilege, assumption of breach, and continuous verification. To implement these, TVING has applied authentication token verification across its app and web platforms, mandated updates for older app versions, and segmented system access rights by specific job functions.

In terms of infrastructure, the company has established a system to detect abnormal behavior in cloud environments in real time. TVING also plans to integrate AI-based technologies to enhance the detection and blocking of security threats. Additional measures include replacing app signature keys and Digital Rights Management (DRM) keys, transitioning to bcrypt-based password storage algorithms, and deploying Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions on all employee PCs.
